Use Splash/Squeeze Pages in Traffic Exchanges

Why should anyone use a splash page or squeeze page in a traffic exchange?

Think of a recent billboard you saw while driving. A billboard usually has an eye-catching image or picture, or a strong headline, a couple of simple statements, and a simple call to action. Plus a billboard is usually on a highly traveled roadway.

Well, a splash page or squeeze page is no different. You want to stand out from all the other sites rotating in a traffic exchange. A long winded sales page or an affiliate page are not effective in traffic exchange.

A splash page or squeeze page needs a strong headline with your photo or image. Two to three points about your offer and a short simple call to action. Examples of a call to action are ‘Enter your name and email address’, ‘Grab your membership here!’, ‘Join Today’ and ‘Click Here’.

You want your viewers to either enter their name and email address in a form where you will send them information in a single email or a series of emails. You may also want to entice them to click your call to action to take them to your sales page, affiliate page or a join page.

If you are unable to create your own splash pages or squeeze pages use those furnished by a program. Another avenue is to pay for someone to create a page. You could also join Splash Page Maker and build a splash page with a few clicks of the mouse. If your trying to capture email addresses you could join Instant Squeeze Page Generator to create a squeeze page with your email address gathering form. When a person enters their email address, it would opt them in for your single email or a series of emails from your autoresponder.

Just like those billboards you will want your splash/squeeze pages in traffic exchanges that deliver lots of quality traffic. You can find a list of quality traffic exchanges as voted on by surfers in the members area of Affiliate Funnel.
