I certainly wanted to keep this blog positive in nature. However, there are some things that just need to be said.

I see JackTenForty Traffic Exchange on several traffic exchange lists.  Surfers need to be aware some recommend a traffic exchange and have no idea of its true value as a traffic exchange.

The owner of JackTenForty has not paid commissions in over seven months, nor has he approved/disapproved any banners submitted in the same time frame.  He does not respond to emails or support tickets.   In a phone conversation with him, he admitted that he had not logged into his traffic exchange in months.  He did not respond to my request for commissions in the same phone conversation.

To those who maintain a list of traffic exchanges, how about practicing some due diligence in placing a traffic exchange on your list.   There are new people who join traffic exchanges from your list.  If they have a bad experience from joining a traffic exchange like JackTenForty, it gives the entire traffic exchange industry a black eye.
