Can a Non-Owner compete in Referral Contests?
Today’s posting is in response to a comment on the blog about why owners do not tell their customers which splash pages work best. Plus “So if you are a small fish in the pond with a list of 100 people, don’t forget that you are competing with various traffic exchange owners that have over 5,000 members.”
Will I finish in the top 5 in referral contests with traffic exchange ….probably not. However, using the following resources let me finish in the top 10 sometimes, but more often in top 15-20….making money in the process.

Yes, Traffic Exchange owners and other program owners do give you affiliate splash/squeeze pages to use. But why would you use a splash/squeeze page that hundreds if not 1000s are already using. I want to use ones that are unique and do not look just like hundreds of others. Yes, some program offered pages do work, but why not be unique. Here are 3 resources that I use extensively to make splash/squeeze pages that do not look like others.
Instant Squeeze Page Generator: You can make effective squeeze page with its ‘click and play wizard.’ It is about as simple as it gets.
Splash Page Maker: You can make splash/squeeze pages by clicking through the wizard and answer some basic questions like what background color you want, etc. It will host the splash/squeeze page for you. Again, pretty simple.
Shark Frenzy Squeeze Page Graphics: Justin Ledvina gives you splash/squeeze page templates. He adds a couple of new ones every month. Click Here to see an example of one I use.
Final point: I do not have a personal list over 5,000, nor am I a program owner. I am able to expand that list by 20,000 pretty dang easy using a program like DownlineBuilderDirect.
