Scott Martin has finally taken the last step to make his Blue-Surf traffic exchange even better.  Scott is now paying commissions - finally!

You can now earn up to 40% commissions.  Scott even came up with a new splash page to advertise the update to his traffic exchange.

It gave me the reason to upgrade in Scott’s exchange.  I took the discounted 6-month gold upgrade.  So now in addition to great traffic and results, we can earn a residual income at Blue-Surf traffic exchange.
