Hi Tony – you are one of the true Traffic Exchange experts and authorities on this area of online marketing. For the last 18 months I have been using the following Traffic Exchanges as a free member and been surfing these virtually every other day to promote various business programs.
I am currently using TrafficEra, TS25, TrafficPods, Hit Safari, Advertising KnowHow, Dragon Surf, Magnify Traffic, Start Xchange, Traffic Roundup, Traffic Swarm, Click Voyager (Already a Platinum Member)Blue Surf.
I need some advice on which Traffic Exchanges offer the best return on UPGRADES.
I also need some advice on building my downlines deep at my favourite Traffic Exchanges. Currently I am using an Ad Rotator with Track That Ad to promote personalised Splash Pages (with photo if I can) which can be found in their Member Areas.
I am looking to spend about $100 per month which is nothing I know, but need to know what my BEST UPGRADE OPTIONS are.
Also It would be nice to get FREE REFERRALS, FREE DOWNLINE MEMBERS, and 1:1 surf ratio with enhanced bonus surfing credits each month.

A couple of comments about your list of exchanges you are currently using. TrafficEra, TS25, and TrafficPods are owned by Logitech. Most surfers if a member of one are a member of all of them. I would recommend choosing TraficEra or TS25 and surf just one of them on a daily basis. The other 2 you could surf once in awhile.
Click Voyager I would not surf. Reason: the credits can be bought dirt cheap there. Recently, I would like 29,000 visitors for about $11. It is not worth my surfing if I can buy the credits so cheaply.
I would recommend making your own splash page to advertise your exchanges. Something like http://www.tonytezak.com/Top10TrafficExchanges.html or http://www.tonytezak.com/trafficexchanges.html .
Actually you can do a lot with $100 a month. You might think about upgrading in about 5 exchanges [cost about $50] and use the other $50 a month to buy credits when exchanges offer credit sales. Good traffic exchanges like Hit2Hit, ILoveHits, SWAT Traffic, TrafficSplash and others often have credit specials. I see Blue-Surf is on your list. Scott just offered a 3 for 1 credit sale.
My number one traffic exchange for upgrading is TrafficSplash. Paul Kinder offers incredible surfing rewards almost daily. His upgrades are an excellent value. He is also one of the absolute best traffic exchange owners around.
I do recommend using the special one-year upgrades in traffic exchanges. You can often save 50%. A $10 a month upgrade for a discounted price of under $60.

People were paying over $1990 for his complete package. What is great about these off line events is I got the package for ‘free’ in a drawing.
I havenot went thru the complete package, but I will email you some information. I was home long enough to change out suitcases and left again for a family emergency. Not sure how long I will be gone, bu I will email you.

Could you please tell me if William Brant, in his new updated e-book (13 Deadly Mistakes…..)if in the e-book, he lists some traffic exchanges he recommends.
The reason I ask is this; I want to sell the book but I also want to build downlines in traffic exchanges and I think this would be a good way. So hopefully he has recommended some traffic exchanges that I will be able to insert my program Id’s in and get some downlines going.
If he doesn’t would you please recommend some ebooks
that do this.
